Costs decreased to EUR 3,187 thousand in 2018 (previous year: EUR 3,529 thousand; -9.7%). This significant decrease is mainly attributable to other operating expenses and personnel costs.

The positive changes in EBT and EBITDA (after adjustment for extraordinary income) compared to the previous year are mainly due to the sales growth achieved in the Data Services division and the simultaneous fall in costs.

With total assets of € 3,984 thousand (previous year: € 3,106 thousand), this results in an equity ratio of 80% (previous year: 65%). On the assets side, equity is underpinned by high cash and cash equivalents, which amounted to € 1,095 thousand as at December 31, 2018 (previous year: € 1,121 thousand) and give the company a sufficient degree of flexibility, also taking into account trade receivables of € 441 thousand (previous year: € 487 thousand).
